Hi,
i have the windows version with Cgwin installed at
my computer.
I have a problem when i for example make a brain
extraction in saving the images_brain.
After i put the right input format and giving
the name and directory for the output, then doing apply, the pc finish the
calculation after some time, as expected, but there is no image file later there
where i indicate the output directory.
What problem could it be?
