Apologies if this is a silly question. I am keen to standardise the position of a roi in white matter across a group of infants in order to generate tracts that can be assessed quantitatively. Is it possible to use the transformations generated as part of the TBSS process to ensure that this roi is in the same position for all infants? wbw serena
