Hi to all. I obtained outputs of DTIFit from two different patients but when I try to look at them by means of fslview , the only series of the nine ones (V1,V2,V3,L1,L2,L3,MD,FA,S0) that I can see is S0 (for both patients!!) . Do you have any suggestion that explains why does it happen to me? Thank you, Eytan Raz
