I am trying to run through the FDT practical and for the probabilistic tractography part, the instructions indicate to "overlay" the connectivity distribution onto the FA map. Can someone please tell me where the overlay command in fsl view is?
Otherwise, when I try to open this new file created, it doesn't open.
