Talk by Philip Lee from UKCeMGA as part of the Office for National Statistics' consultation on measurement of performance in health. CeMGA is the ONS's Centre for the Measurement of Government Activity, and they are running a series of consultations on the best methodologies to take forward the measurement of performance in public services. However it is a valuable opportunity to talk to Philip Lee from the ONS, especially if you have not attended the recent consultation seminars in London and Edinburgh.
