This international Design conference will be held at the University Iberoamericana (Campus Mexico City). Its objective is to share professional and academic expertise on Linked Projects to uncover and update the potential of desire and its character over curriculum's form, professional's strategic form and actual objects' form.
This year the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design <http://www.icsid.org/> (ICSID) is celebrating 50 years of achievements in industrial design. Through a series of events and initiatives, the evolution of the organization will be presented and celebrated. MX Design Conference is really proud to be a part of the ICSID 50 events in celebration of its 50th anniversary.
Our Conference includes 3 days of lectures, exhibitions, celebrations and cultural activities. It is an open forum for designers from all disciplines (industrial, textile, graphic, new media).
The conference will focus on four major topics.
- On form.
- School’s Curricula's form.
- Professional's strategic form.
- Actual objects’' form.
Deadlines:
Submission of abstracts: April 27th, 2007.
Acceptance of papers: May 25th, 2007.
Full paper: June 29th, 2007.
