The International Training Workshop on Performance Measurement organised by the UKEPAN and hosted by the Efficiency and Productivity Research Unit at the University of Leicester School of Management between 2-7 July, 2007.

This professional workshop devotes 5 intensive days to the study of performance measurement methodologies under the direction of some of the leading lecturers and researchers in the field.

The workshop will appeal to management scientists, economists, business and banking practitioners and consultants, and public service officials who wish to develop a detailed knowledge of Data Envelopment Analysis and Stochastic Frontier Analysis, and to academics and research students in these areas.

There will be application sessions on the banking and financial services industries, public services and the activities of regulated companies.
