This a big and vague area of growth for the internet, did you have any specific issues in mind? My first feeling is that this has implications for software such as Google Docs and Spreadsheets which enables you to edit your documents remotely on Google servers. This of course is tantamount to export to a region that does not have adequate protection in place and therefore is a problem. I personally feel that systems such as that one may be a good idea for private individuals with occasional work to do but any serious organisation should not be subcontracting systems which really need to be managed a bit closer to home and also not reliant on an internet connection. Do you have any specific projects? If so, I would be very interested in sharing notes.
