Hi,
We are using 6.3. I have never been able to get an answer to this one over the years. When trying to enrol a user already enrolled on a course we get a message
No user matching the search criteria was found.
Has anyone got a solution for this from Blackboard or have we missed something, a hot fix?. We are actually on 6.3.1.593-ServicePack2-Hotfix
Any ideas?
