It looks like a good overview, though replicates in part the work that TATE and the Independent project have carried out and also that by the Trent Dementia Services  (the database etc) (which I don't think they mention - may have missed it). 
 
The usual conclusions though, needs investment in training, more access to information, greater integration of services .. (just wondering when they will invest in some solutions not just repeating concern at the problems).
