Under scrutiny: the thorny issue of medical communications. Are journalists just "troublemakers", who always "get the wrong end of the stick"? Or is the medical establishment just "overly defensive", "out of touch" and "downright bad at communicating"? Or is it a little of both? And whose responsibility is it to get it right?
