Hi Alex, to me it looks most like a dog radius (left) - of the short bow 
legged type, but also with pathology in the region where the ulna shaft sits 
next to the radius.  If definately not dwarf dog I would look for something 
mustelid or similar size carnivore, but it is not badger (Meles).
