You should download and install the version devel 0.41.

That is the only version supporting SPM5.

Subject: [SPM] MarasBar in SPM5

Dear All

I am i setting up marsbar in SPM5 (formerly used marsbar in SPM2) and I use windows xp, Matlab 7.04.

After extracting marsbar to the SPM5 toolbox folder, the SPM5 toolbox displays marsbar, but when I select it marsbar does not open.

I have tried re-setting the matlab path several times, but nothing seems to work.

I have also tried just typing the commands directly into matlab, such as:

>>addpath C:/SPM5/toolbox/marsbar-0.38.2

>>marsbar-0.38.2

>> marsbar

Nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I appreciate any ideas.
