Dear all,

We want to use normalized images from SPM5 in MRIcro, to mark lesions.

In order to be able to do it appropriately we need to convert the Nifti images back to analyze format.

MRIcro offers this option, but as it turns out, because SPM5’s images have the img+hdr format,

 MRIcro does not recognize them as Nifti images, and also does not manage to open them appropriately in its user interface.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
