Hullo List Collegues, I have a collegue off list who has taken over a poorly run OH dpt and is starting from scratch- She is looking at Standard Operating procedures and Best Practise manuals and I have lent her everything I have but not sure how transferrable it is - can anyone recommend a source that she can use to set up her own manual many thanks in anticipation ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please remove this footer before replying.
