Hello can I ask if anyone has come across, or uses even, a product called 'Platers Ointment'?? I have recently come across it, aparently made from Lanolin and Vasoline it is apparently used in the nostrils of platers, quite what for I have no idea. It would appear, looking at the pot that it's been made up as opposed to being a POM or 'over the shelf' product.
