Amanda If it is cosmetic and a personal choice for the patient rather than a medical need then I think it would be hard to recommend this to HR as warranting sick leave. Previously we have had a woman who had a breast reduction but there was a medical need so it was given as sick time but with regards to the tatoo Im just not sure.
