i there will be the issue of is this a need identified by risk assessment, if it is then they should comply with reasonable requests from employers to maintain H+S. Or they could be disciplined - harsh but that is how other compliance issues are successfully dealt with.
I suggest to management that the person comes along and discusses their concerns so with further explaination they will hopefully comply

I am interested to know how other (more experienced) professionals deal with those employees that refuse to have health surveillance. Is it enough just to pass it back to management?
