A Multi-agency Planning Pathway is being implemented in a new centre for children and young people with co-location of service providers. The study will provide information on the baseline so that improvements in outcomes for children and their families can be determined. This is a new way of providing services and is an important study that will use both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
