Policy Researcher (baby feeding)
 

Salary £26-30,000 pa                                                    West London

 

Circa £25,000

Full-Time 35 hourWould you like to be part of the NCT lobbying team, providing a user perspective to government, health professionals and the media?
 

The successful candidate will develop baby feeding policies, influence and carry out research related to baby feeding, and provide information and expertise, with a particular focus on access to services and health inequalities. The NCT has established a strong reputation over 50 years for bringing about change in maternity policies and practice, in promoting breastfeeding and in supporting and informing new parents.

 

 

You need:

  a.. A minimum degree level of education in a relevant subject 
  b.. 3-5 years experience of policy research work 
  c.. Knowledge of women's health, breast feeding and/or health services issues 
  d.. Commitment to achieving woman and parent-centred care and evidence-informed services, improving public health and promoting informed choice.
