Posted on behalf of Geraldine White. Apologies for cross-posting and short notice. CILIP Cataloguing and Indexing Group invite you to visit the Victoria and Albert Museum on Monday 12th March 2007 at 2pm. This is an opportunity to visit both the National Art Library and the Prints & Drawings Study Room in the V&A. Selected items from the collections - including some cataloguing conundrums, perhaps? - will be on display, and staff will talk about current documentation practice for library material and museum objects. The visit will last about 2 hours and refreshments will be provided. This is a free event but numbers are limited so please email Geraldine White [log in to unmask] to book a place.
