Dear Andrea,

Apologies for the poor performance you have encountered. IngentaConnect's
speed has been affected this afternoon by an unexpected processing job which
adversely affected the database load. We put procedures into place to
resolve the issue when we spotted it, and as far as our monitoring is
telling us, everything is now well. Please do get back to me directly if you
are still encountering problems as we will be happy to troubleshoot further.
