I've been getting duplicates for about a year but don't know how to resolve it.  I'd be grateful if someone could though!

I seem to be getting duplicates of every email sent out on the GEM mailing
list.  The problem only seems to have started in the last week, but is
seriously clogging up my system!  Is this a general problem with the list,
and is it one that can be resolved?
