I have two seperate runs which I preprocess seperately with Feat at the first level, and then combine with a fixed effect ananlysis on the 2nd level. Is that the right way to do it?
The resulting thresh_zstat images are in standard space (MNI). However, I would like to display the single subject results on the subjects highres MRI.
Does anybody know what is the best way to do that?
