Dear Friends of Wisdom, As I am sure most of you know, we have two interlinked emailing lists, [log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask] If you reply to the first, your email will be directed to the second. Everyone belongs to the first; only those who want to engage in or follow discussion belong to the second. We set it up like this because some Friends of Wisdom wanted to engage in discussion while others were unhappy about the flood of emails they were receiving. We must respect the way these two emailing lists have been set up, and confine our discussion to the second, "d" list. The first list should only be used when a new point is being made, or new information is being imparted, that does not arise out of previous discussion. Those who belong to the first list but not the second can, if they wish, read emails of interest that have been sent to the second list by going to the List Archives at http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/FRIENDSOFWISDOM-D.html There, emails are listed by subject. Emails that have been sent to the first list can also, of course, be accessed, at http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/FRIENDSOFWISDOM.html Best wishes, Nick www.nick-maxwell.demon.co.uk
