Research indicates that correct handling of Personal Data is a key
requirement of Customer Relationship Management.
Is anyone using, or is aware of, any suitable software package that
handles CRM effectively in an FE or HE environment.
All suggestions would be very much appreciated, together with any
pitfalls you could let me know to watch out for.
