Hi,
We are getting error messages when trying to attach files to digital
drop box, discussion boards and other scenarios, the errors are :


1.	When trying to upload a csv file via Admin control panel I get
the following error :
	
	Action Unsuccessful 
	The attempted action was not successful. 
	Batch file did not contain data or could not be parsed.

		2.	When a student or instructor tries to attach a
file to the digital drop box they get an error as follows :
	
	Receipt: Failure 
	The attempted action did not succeed:
	

2.	When trying to complete an assignment we get :

Access Denied
Access to this resource is prohibited.



Any ideas? Any help most welcome.
