We would like to appoint a Research Assistant/Associate to work within the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at the St Mary's campus, Paddington.

You will help to develop multidisciplinary research programmes in the area of environment, occupation and health.  In particular you will provide essential statistical and epidemiological input for a range of research projects, specifically on a case control study of hypospadias in children and a project that includes both methodological and practical aspects of systematic review and meta-analysis, working jointly with the Human Toxicology department of Imperial College.

You will have a relevant MSc and/or PhD and a sound understanding of statistical concepts and techniques as well as excellent communications and team working skills.

The post is full-time until 31 July 2009 in the first instance.
