My clerical staff seem to think that they are unique because they do PID for both Biochemistry and Haematology.  I have told them that this is wishful thinking but I have been challenged to justify my assessment.  Therefore, it would be helpful to have the names of a few labs where clerical staff undertake this dual role.  As you may have surmised this issue is related to an AfC banding outcome that the clerical staff do not like and so I would also be interested to hear from any lab where undertaking dual PID has had an impact on the AfC banding.
