I have a file of the Secretary's copies of minutes and correspondence from mine and Zelda's time as Secretary...I have kept meaning to pass it on the Hannah but I can just hold on to it here if that's easiest.  It's only one folder's worth

Dear All

It’s been brought to my attention that a number of past SHCG committee members have got boxes/folders of past paperwork relating to their time on committee still lurking in their attics and understairs cupboards. If you are one of these people, please could you get in touch with me to let me know what you have, as 1) we want to help you to free up your storage space for something more relevant and 2) we want to make sure that we have all the paperwork that we should have for the group.

At this stage, please do not send me anything!!
