Croydon Museum Service is aware that one the biggest new bits of work that we need to do is to write a documentation procedural manual. As part of our action planning for accreditation, I'm trying to get an idea o the scale of the work involved. Has anyone out there written a procedural manual already? If so, how long did it take?
