Dear Colleagues
 
This is a brief message to advise you that the on-line course PG Cert. European Studies in Substance Misuse has now been discontinued and replaced by a new professional doctorate.
 
Scottish Addiction Studies, in conjunction with other colleagues within the Department of Applied Social Sciences are pleased to offer from September 2007 a new course:
 
Doctor of Applied Social Research (Drug and Alcohol Studies)
 
The course may be studied part-time over 4 years.  Some modules are available on-line, others are traditionally taught one day per week.  The doctorate is also available in a number of other alternative routes including: Dementia Studies; Social Services Management; Advanced Social Work Studies in Criminal Justice; and Housing Studies.
