Your suggestion is ok: "inf" works. But I think that typing "inf" in spm5 is diferent then typing "none" in spm2 because in the first case I set a filter while in the second case I don't set any filter so I've two different design matrices (I know that filter forms a part of design matrix albeit this part is not displated by spm). Can I compare the design matrix and results obtained with spm5 ("inf" for cut off period) with the design matrix and results obtained with spm2 ("none" for hpf)? Hi Federico I have not tried this with SPM5, but have you tried with inf as the cut-off period? Best Torben P.S. I assume that you know that you shouldn't skip the high-pass filtering just because you have made a bad experiment. Torben E.
