Dear all,

 

I have a question, can temporal changes in brain function induced by a stimulus be detected with SPM?

For example, to a stimulus we totally don't know the time-dependent pattern of its response, and have no idea on how to employ a design matrix to estimate, how can we use SPM to show, or to estimate the trend of the response?  Some paper mentioned that TCA can solve this problem, is there any similar function provided by SPM?
