Dear All,

I have two groups and two conditions (no-drug and drug). Each condition has also behavior which is used as co-variates (two covariates). When I enter this into SPM2 design the program at the bottom of the design matrix reports 4 covariates. I am puzzled how this happens and how should I use contrasts in evaluation? Should I use only two covariates or for in entering contrasts?
