aims to examine the skills and principles of clear communication,
develop interpersonal skills and practice these skills in a supportive
environment.
The course is highly interactive involving discussion and practical
exercises. Individual needs are considered in order to maximise
interpersonal skills. Case scenarios provide an opportunity to put
theory into practice.
