- Record of one-off equipment where an order was raised with an external supplier including orders raised through Wise and requiring no installation, cost to be under £250 – 6 years.
- Record of one-off equipment where installation was performed by the Authority, cost under £500 – 1 year after case is closed.
- Record of one-off equipment from any supplier where installation was carried out by external contractor, cost under £500 – 6 financial years.
- Record of equipment supply with or without installation which exceeds the above financial limits – 6 years.
- Record of equipment supply with or without installation which has been commissioned by the Sensory Needs Team, regardless of cost – 6 financial years.
- Short term records with financial implications – 6 years.
- What is the retention time for delivery notes relating to equipment delivered to Adult Disability cases?
- What do they mean by Prime financial document contained within the record?
