CONSULTANCY SKILLS This course is aimed at anyone who wants to become a better consultant, whether their management background is IT, Statistics, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Operations. It is designed to introduce the basic skill set that every consultant needs, whatever their specialist area. The course gives an overview of current thinking on each stage of the consultancy process, but is essentially workshop based allowing delegates to develop their skills through interactive role play and case study sessions. The course is equally suited to: external and internal consultants; those new to the consultancy role; those who wish to improve on their current level of expertise.
