Do any Public Library Authorities display a poster indicating that frontline staff may refuse to serve abusive customers - or something along these lines? I am looking into producing something for Cumbria Libraries, but am anxious that the wording should not be too negative, yet still get the message across. Any examples of wording on posters or leaflets would be much appreciated.
