Dear Colleagues, In Beirut on 17 January, Cyprus and Lebanon signed an EEZ boundary agreement, following a year of negotiations according to news reports (Associated Press; www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?p=11367479; www.dailystar.com.lb).
