Hi, I have problems with the Probabilistic Tractigrophy, and I am not sure, where the problems results from. I analyze a data set of DTI data with DWI in 24 directions, and all steps of the analysis work very well with a self-made script (combining bet, eddy current correction, dtifit). But when I try ProbTrack (and it does not matter, if I use a single voxel or a seed mask), analysis alsways stops and "errors:child killed:SIGABRT" is displayed. How can I get to know, what the problem is with my data? It may be of interest, that with a different data set, ProbTrack runs without any problem. Best regards, Götz Thomalla
