BY the way, is there a way to display the LUT in fslview and maybe attach min and max for the purpose of making pictures for publication? So if your intensities range from 1 to 7, then need the display range to be 0 to 8 in order to get the correct mapping as well as a colour table of length 8. Otherwise you wont see either the first colour in the table or the last. I just made such a colour map which displayed fine here. The file is shown below. Hope this helps. All the best, Mark %!VEST-LUT %%BeginInstance << /SavedInstanceClassName /ClassLUT /PseudoColorMinimum 0.00 /PseudoColorMaximum 1.00 /PseudoColorMinControl /Low /PseudoColorMaxControl /High /PseudoColormap [ <-color{0.000000,0.000000,0.000000}-> <-color{1.000000,0.000000,0.000000}-> <-color{1.000000,1.000000,0.000000}-> <-color{0.000000,1.000000,0.000000}-> <-color{0.000000,1.000000,1.000000}-> <-color{0.000000,0.000000,1.000000}-> <-color{1.000000,0.000000,1.000000}-> <-color{1.000000,1.000000,1.000000}-> ] >> %%EndInstance %%EOF On Tue, 16 Jan 2007 01:03:38 +0000, N.M. van Strien <[log in to unmask]> wrote: >Hi, > >I am attempting to create a mask in fslview which has 7 different >subregions.
