Free training event for staff in London's archives

Do you work with children, young people and families? 

Every Child Matters – where do you fit in?

Working with children, young people and families, a common core of skills and knowledge.

The event will include:

 

·        Every Child Matters – the future

·        The government’s plans for supporting museums and archives to work with children

·        A London perspective on child welfare

  1. Improve your presentation skills for pupils with SEN
  2. Welfare and risk assessments – don’t pull your hair out!
  3. Learning and fun for the early years
  4. The teenage years – using drama
  5. What are extended services?
  6. Help your volunteers work with children and young people
