Dear all,

Further to my query earlier this year, I have another couple of questions,
related to our on-going family-friendly policy review:

1. Parental leave: do you offer parents any further support beyond the
statutory right to unpaid parental leave? If so, what do you offer?

2. IVF: what provisions, if any, do you make for people who are
undergoing IVF / fertility treatment?

Thanks for any information you / your HR Department can provide.

For those who are interested, I received 3 UK responses and one from
Australia to my question earlier this month about dependents, paternity and
bereavement leave, etc., and the responses were varied. Two of the UK
respondents and the one from Australia offered paid time off for dependents
and enhanced paternity leave. While no one "officially" offered more than 5
days bereavement leave, unofficially one UK respondent would consider cases
individually.

Best wishes,
Faith
