I completely agree with Alex. It is amaizing how health ministries/govenrments talk about " prioritising the needs of society" , my question is always "which society?" In many cases what is top on the list in the political agenda is usually what will keep the votes comming, which many will agree is not always in the interest of minority groups who may be the victims of gross inequalities particularly where health is concerned.
