Y'all are not being positive enough... Think about the next Tzar - here is at least one EASY & GOOD thing that he/she will be able to do... Getting rid of the major consequences of this current bright spark... More to the point, there is no way this will make sense to people on this list... Why should it... You are all Emergency Physicians, or one of the other specialties/professions with knowledge & experience in Emergency Work.
