Listmembers may wish to know that I have recently added to the Scottish Addiction Studies On-line Library, the NTA report: Models of residential rehabilitation for drug and alcohol misusers.

This is a pretty good overview of the current state of play in the UK and the evidence base for residential treatments.  There's a section on TCs too.  I only had time for a quick look but I thougyht it was a pretty good representation.
