The formal announcement is as follows: The 11th EFTC European Conference on Rehabilitation and Drug Policy The biennial conference of the European Federation of Therapeutic Communities (EFTC) - will be held in Ljubljana (Slovenia), from 6th - 9th June 2007 The overall theme of the conference is "Working Together - Partners for Change" and there are four sub-themes: working with the criminal justice system; not just addictions; families and communities; contributors to change. The focus of the conference will be the role and experience of therapeutic communities within the context of overall responses to dependency.
