Hi Lisa - just go into the join or leave the e-seminar near the top of http://www.actionresearch.net  put in your name and e-mail then go to the bottom of the page and click  the leave the list button.   If you don't want to leave the list but don't want the e-mails coming directly to your e-mail but would like occasionally to pop into the Archives and perhaps respond just click on the book that say temporarily disable e-mail.
