My Big Mouth My exquisitely tiny dentist, Dr Selina Chan, can get both hands inside my big mouth. Working on a wisdom tooth, she steps in, lodging both tiny feet on my numb tongue, pressing down hard on her pneumatic drill. Her assistant is working the concrete mixer. They're pouring. Much packing-down and grinding-smooth ensues. Now I'm taking a late lunch, sipping coffee with the un-numbed side of my mouth, and lopsidedly chomping a pastry strangely tasteless.
